Josh, the salesman was very thorough in explaining the system and all that’s involved in the install. The installers were on time and worked so diligently in making sure the system was working correctly. I am somewhat ,satisfied with this service with Romans Service ! Service call: July 21, 2026 HVAC is making a lot of noise during different times of day. Serviceman said because of when FPL does a brief power cut. It affects the air conditioner. They said I needed a surge protector on the air conditioner. Another cost of $700.00. That’s too bad I wasn’t told about this before. Poor communication.

Shows up ahead of promised service on initial visit. Fan Motor needed to be ordered & again showed up the next day! A full day or two ahead of prediction. Kevin came to install & was very professional & explained what he was doing. Very happy with the service provided. Great job of under promising & over delivering! Thank you

I hung out with my neighbor while he was having his complete AC replaced and I was so impressed by Noah, Sergio and Juan that I decided to have mine done also. I requested the exact same crew because of how perfectly they performed their duties together and worked effortlessly, they really know their stuff. The county inspector came out and inspected their work and even commented that they do a nice job. Thank you guys I appreciate all that you have done, it's hard to find great service people.

Quentin was the best. He's a keeper. Best technician we've had since we started with you guys. Very thorough and great customer service skills. I'd give him 10 stars if we could.

I just spent the last 2 hours with Geo from Romans Service for FREE complete AC system evaluation. Geo was very professional and extremely thorough. He checked every aspect of the system as well as cleaned many areas including the outside coils. He answered every question I had and offered recommendations for two items I should have included in the near future. No sales pitch no BS. Just straight forward go to work and get it done. Awesome!
